Holiday Lighting Terms & Deposit Policy

1. Booking Deposit & Payment

Booking a holiday light installation requires a refundable deposit of 25% of your quoted total, collected securely online or when your measurement visit is scheduled. The deposit is applied as a credit toward your total, and the remaining balance is due on the day of installation.

2. Package Prices Are Estimates

Package prices shown online are estimates based on typical roofline lengths for each home size. Your exact price is confirmed at a free in-person measurement visit before any installation work begins. No installation happens until you approve the final price. All jobs are subject to a minimum total price of $1,200.

3. Refund Policy

• Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your final price is confirmed at the measurement visit.
• If your confirmed price exceeds your selected package estimate by more than 15%, you may cancel at the visit for a full deposit refund.
• If we are unable to service your home for any reason (for example, it is outside our service area or cannot be safely installed), we will refund your deposit in full.
• After you approve the final price and an installation date is scheduled, the deposit becomes non-refundable but remains credited toward your total.

4. What's Included

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, packages include commercial-grade LED lights and hardware, professional installation of the agreed roofline sections, repair of light outages during the season, and takedown in January. Lights and hardware remain the property of the installer unless purchased separately.

5. Scheduling & Weather

Installation dates are scheduled after your measurement visit, in the order reservations are received. Severe weather may require rescheduling for crew safety; we will contact you to arrange the next available date.

6. Service Area

This offer is currently available in Miami and the greater South Florida area. If your home is outside our service area, we will let you know promptly and refund your deposit in full.
